This project involved land acquisition, entitlements, zoning, ground-up construction, and disposition, totaling 35 sites in over 12 states. All were developed adjacent to Walmart Supercenters; this strategy has proven successful for Murphy. The total disposition value of all 35 sites was $53,000,000.
