In October 2017, Crosland Barnes Group and partner Interface Properties acquired 23 Bob Evans sites. Each of the 23 properties is being redeveloped with tenants such as McAllister's Deli, Panera Bread, IHOP, Chipotle, Splash in Car Wash, Zoe's Kitchen, and First Watch Cafe. Upon liquidation by 2019, full disposition value is expected to exceed $53,000,000.
