The Shoppes At Paradise Isle

Crosland Barnes Group developed 172,000 square feet of prime commercial retail in Destin, FL at the intersection of US Highway 98 and State Road 293. CBG’s duties included land acquisition, entitlements, pre-leasing, development, and disposition for $41.7 million. The anchor tenants at the time were Best Buy, Linens N Things, Ulta Beauty Supply, Office Depot, Michael’s, and PetSmart.
