In 2017 Crosland Barnes Group entered into a 5-site sale-leaseback with Empire Petroleum Partners. This transaction involved 5 existing Gas/C-store locations operating as 7-Eleven in the Dallas trade area. In addition to standard transactional requirements, Crosland Barnes Group remediated environmental challenges and liquidated the sale-leaseback portfolio for $17,000,000 in 2017.
